On the peninsula of Cape Cod are 15 towns and within those towns almost 70 distinct villages, each with their own personality. Below are a few of The Cape House team's favorites:
The northern edge of this village is carpeted with verdant marshes and creeks that empty into Cape Cod Bay.
Living in Harwich Port offers residents a sparse suburban feel and most residents own their homes.
Dennis Village is a tidy package of everything you would expect of a Cape Cod village.
Dennis Port has the sandy, salty spirit of a Cape Cod sea captain.
East Dennis sits in the northeast corner of the town of Dennis just across Quivett Creek.
South Dennis is the town's best-kept secret.
Bass River, which runs between the towns of Dennis and Yarmouth, has been central to the character and industry of South Yarmouth since its earliest history
Marstons Mills, a village of Barnstable, was named for one of the earliest European settlers of the area. Before that, Native Americans called it Mistic, which means 'stream or still waters'. This village is one of the least developed on Cape Cod, where you can still find acres of woods, clean ponds, and of course, the Marstons Mills river.
