Katie built The Cape House team from the ashes of the great recession, leaning on and growing her deep community connections and today is one of the top-ranking real estate agents in the industry.

While her life started on the other side of the Sagamore Bridge, every summer was spent on Cape Cod until one Labor Day her family just never went back! She’s been a Cape Codder ever since. 

Katie was awarded Cape Cod & Islands REALTOR®  of the Year in 2022 and is a director for the Cape Cod & Islands MLS. She sits on the board of Dennis Conservation Land Trust and Cape Wellness Collaborative and is a longtime contributor to causes that matter to her, like the Housing Assistance Corporation and the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod.
